Our Founder
Len Kahn
After 18 Years at a local Ford dealership, Len took a leap of faith, encouraged by his brother, Bob. Still in our original location, our day one employees consisted of Len, Willy, Brian and Joelle. Len passed away December 24, 1996, at which time, Brian and the crew took the helm. To this day, we still get customers who come in and talk about how much of a great man Len was. We feel like Len would be very proud of how the store he started in 1990 has progressed and stayed with his family for the third generation.
Our Staff
Brian Kahn
Len had two kids, Brian and Joelle. Brian is the oldest and the owner of Len’s Auto Brokerage. He’s been here for all 35 years of our existence. He plays all positions here at Len’s and undeniably our MVP Coach. He spends a fair amount of time in Northern Arizona enjoying the cooler weather and prays the boys don't burn the store down in his absence. Hasn't happened yet! Brian has three Son's, Parker, Carter and Turner who are all involved here at Len's. He enjoys his time out of town and being a Grandpa of four.
Becky Kahn
Becky is Brians wife of 31 years and the mother of Parker, Carter and Turner. She has worked at Len’s for 10 years. She’s the HMFIC that keeps all the boys in check. Her resume of raising three crazy boys over-qualifies her for her posoition. Becky’s hats include HR, accounting, and day to day operations for us to keep our business alive. Along with Brian, she also enjoys her time out of town and being a Yaya of four granchildren.
Caroline Kahn
Caroline is our Instagram and Facebook extraordinaire. If you see us post a cool car shot or funny video, she is the brains behind the operation. Feel free to comment on our social media and she will direct you to the person who can best assist you. Caroline is a wife and mother of two who loves spending time with her husband, Carter, and their two Sons.
Dana Boatwright
Dana has worked at Len’s for 20+ years. He has played many roles at Len’s and is now our vehicle reconditioning specialist. His racing background and mechanical inclination is the reason why our store can stand behind offering our consumers quality used vehicles. If we buy a car that needs some love, he's not afraid to let us know! In his spare time, he likes working on his mustang and spending time with his Dogs.
Dawn Polotto
Dawn is Len’s newest addition. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, she is our receptionist, title expert and payment extraordinaire. Although she hasn't been here a long time, she doesn't put up with any BS from the boys and is a perfect match for our team here at Len's. In her free time, you can catch her running local pool tables (yes, she will beat you) and watching sports.
Drew Lopez
Drew is Len’s lot attendant here at Len's. Rain or shine, hot or cold, you can find Drew making sure our 100+ cars in inventory have pass emissions, are cleaned up, and ready for sale. Drew's not scared of a good ole fashioned 8 leg parlay and some fun. In his free time, he enjoys watching baseball and football, and hanging out with his friends.
Evan Schroeder
Evan is a jack of all trades here at Len’s. He is Dana and Drew’s right-hand man on the lot, craigslist guru, and transport maniac. Evan’s favorite manufacturer is Chevy and Him and Drew aren't afraid to let you know. His cheerful smile and laughter always put's everyone into a good mood. Evan is passionate about weekend BBQs and hanging out with his friends.
Josh Upshur
Josh is one of our finest salesmen. He is our easy going, always happy, Toyota expert, who is well versed in everything cars. He has been at Len’s for 8 years, and is a top contributor to our great service, nice guy reputation. In his free time, he likes off-roading and taking his friends to the best food joints downtown.
Madonna Felix
Madonna has been the backbone of Len’s for almost its entirety. She has ran the back office for the last 30 years. Chances are, if you’ve been to the store, you remember her contagious smile and fun personality. Madonna spends her free time on her well earned vacations, visiting all around the country and going on cruises.
Matt Knoblich
Matthew is the store's salesman with the most time under his belt. Matt is a tall, bearded, tattooed man who has a great love for God and his Family. Matt is the store jokester that is not afraid to break the ice and make someone he’s never met laugh. On his off days (which are often), he spends time with his Wife and two Son’s.
Parker Kahn
Parker is Brian and Becky’s oldest son and spent his last decade in the Navy. At Len’s, he works in both retail and wholesale, while also buying vehicles with Brian and Turner. He's a father of two and the first to make Becky and Brian into a Yaya and Pampa. When you come into the store you will instantly recognize him due to his mullet and mustache. If you run into him in his free time, it will most likely be in a diesel truck, with Treaty Oak Revival playing, saying "hell ya brother".
Turner Kahn
Turner is Brian and Becky’s youngest son. Turner is well versed in all the aspects of the business but focuses most on sales, finance, and buying cars with Brian and Parker. When Turner is not at work, he likes going on vacation, taking long walks on San Diego's dog beach, while sipping a fruity margarita with his Fiance and puppy, Maui.

Willy Cummins
Willy was one of the original four employees at Len's. His 27 years as a salesman here have been critical to grow us into what we have become today. It fits that one of our best employees shares his last name with one of the best motors made! Willy now enjoys his retirement with his Wife Barb, travelling and spending time within the racing community.
